  • As per the guidelines of “The Environment Impact Notification” of Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India dated 14th September 2006 – ‘Any person who desires to undertake the new project or expansion or modernization of any industry or project enlisted in schedule 1 of the notification, requires to submit an application to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests
